Allan Buch

As a self-taught Danish artist, I am drawn to the balance between chaos and calm.
My works unite abstraction and realism, with strong colors, layers upon layers of texture and drips, brought together through dynamic brushstrokes and precise observation.
Up close my art is chaotic and abstract, from a distance it reveals form and presence.
With roots in illustration and live performance art, storytelling lies at the core of my process.

I strive to capture fleeting moments, emotional atmosphere, and human experience on large canvases.
My works have been exhibited internationally and are part of private collections around the world

As an ambassador for the charity foundation CoolUnite, I use my art to support meaningful causes.

Bringing stories to life, it is my passion, my purpose, and the core of every painting I create.
Painting is my driving force, it’s what gets me up early and into the studio every day.

I work exclusively with materials of the highest quality.

My brushes are from Da Vinci Brushes, handmade in Germany.
For paint, I use the finest acrylic colors from the renowned brand Golden, produced by a small, employer owned dedicated company in New Berlin, New York.

All canvases are custom-made and hand-stretched by Vindelev Rammefabrik in Jutland.
